Four story building planned in 8.6P limited land area. The quality of the urban context has been merged with the design.The building is designed as a modernist space which is basically based upon new and innovative technologies of construction, particularly the use of glass, steel and reinforced concrete. The design is based on the urban context and changing space quality. Each floor has been designed as per the usability.Ground floor has been utilized as the office area. Ground and First floor for the factory, Penthouse for the second floor and terrace is in the 3rd floor.
