The proposed structure is a linear building for commercial purpose. Ground floor includes Workers’ Rest Rooms, Workers’ Changing Rooms, Lunch & Recreational Area and Toilets. First floor has storage area and areas required to support the factory. Office Area is located on the second floor. The architecture of the space allows maintaining the privacy of the office area without breaking the connection with the interior spaces. The design aims to bring a breath of traditional spirit to modern life, and at the same time creating spaces full of natural light and ensure natural ventilation within the building.
