The existing building is built on a 33P land extent. The house was in ruins due to negligence. Client wanted to have an office area on the ground floor and his residence above the office for two floors. The building is adjacent to two main roads, so the important criteria were to have a façade which is a perfect blend of residential and commercial features. The office being a public space was treated differently with having least contact with the interior spaces to maintain the privacy of the residents.
