This project is a multipurpose commercial building typology. In there, eye catching sky dining cable car system. This building is designed at Bandaragama, facing to Galanigama expressway entrance road. Land extent was 74.70 perch.
The 5 story building consist restaurant, Lively interior shopping center, comfortable apartments, sport center, mini cinema and roof terrace. Each floors in this cluster has been created as per the usability. For this refined design, only a few colors and material categories were used. The quality of the context has been merged with the design. In the ground level, is accessible for indoor parking and restaurant area and also the apartments built to capture interesting natural views.
The building is designed as a modernist space with unique characteristics which is basically upon new and innovative technologies of construction. Mainly considered the cater client’s requirements and regulation within the limited narrow space and produce a livable space in nature blended context.
