This proposed commercial project is a factory located in the suburbs of Boralasgamuwa. The design strategy included having a building with traditional contemporary architecture with a touch of modern architecture. The office area is separate from the factory space to enable productivity of the work. These spaces are mainly connected through well-designed pathways. The space available is in a structural bay, going from the vertical communications hall to the rear facade of the building. As a result, there is an elongated space with an entrance of natural light in the opposite wall of the structure. An elegant and sleek office interior with pop of colors to add enthusiasm.
