An old house at the heart of Colombo yet hidden in the residential zone is converted into an exclusive boutique hotel. Renovated within the 18 perch land limit all facilities needed for a hotel are fulfilled. Therefore the existing building was re-designed based on the existing hotel building in order to maintain the harmony of colours, forms and materials in the complex. The hotel includes a parking area, lobby, living, beverage bar, bed rooms with attached bathrooms and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The diverse topography and the existing trees are the determining elements for the distribution of the project on the lot, affecting it in every detail.
