This beautiful three story residence is located in Nugegoda. As per the small land extend, this was designed meeting all the requirements based on our client’s expectations. Playing with the cubic concept, this modern house consist of four bedrooms with attached toilets, kitchen and dining area, a living area and a TV lobby. The triple height in the living room has added much space to the area making it the center of attraction while entering the house.
Natural ventilation and lighting was the main requirement of the client. Aluminum door windows and white washed main door increase the ambiance of the white washed walls. Glass has played major role as the main material in this house. Using neutral colors in interior adds a balance to the entire house.
