A three story modern residence located in Madapatha. This residence follows a simple plan with a manipulation of cubic forms. Home-building materials including a mix of glass, steel and wood are often used to highlight the building’s basic geometric shapes to create a unique appearance. Sharp, clean lines are also a prominent feature that can be further accentuated with one dominant color along with one or two complimentary colors.
Design includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, open living and dining area, a kitchen space, a TV lounge, an office space which has access from the outside and parking for two along with roof terrace area. The spaces are simple and able to provide all of the necessities of a home.
