The proposed house design consist of two stories which is inspired by the Sri Lankan traditional architecture blended with modern architectural touch. The ground floor consist of living area, master bedroom with attached bathroom, dining, kitchen with a separate kitchen store, utility room, powder room and servants area.
In the first floor, another master bedroom with two other bedrooms, office room, a common bathroom, TV lounge and a terrace are featured. Most attractive feature of this residence is the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by nature.
