It is one the unique projects when it comes to renovations. The client lives abroad and is married to a foreigner, but he is really passionate about sir Lankan traditions. So according to the client’s request, the house is designed in a traditional manner with very antique “walawwa” type style. We gave equal importance to the interior and as well as to the exterior. Courtyard spaces, rear garden and front plantation have given natural light and ventilation and greenery to the house at the same time securing the privacy of the clients in an urban context.
