Building has been designed to achieve natural light and ventilation to all the areas. By allowing cross ventilation through the spaces, heat gain of the building has been reduced. The development of the project follows the structure of a three-storey dwelling, with the social area situated on the ground floor and the private area occupying the upper floor, but also part of the ground floor. The facade is also designed with large windows, providing even more light to fill the house when needed and give the facade a more attractive look.
