Proposed temple complex at Palgasovita which comprises of a 15-storey building and a stupa connected to the building through landscape. The building catered to various facilities such as parking,administration office, community centers, classrooms,technical and cultural vocational training center, electronic and print media center,library and reading area, concert hall, conference hall, meeting rooms, banquet hall, sales center, restaurants and kitchens, Buddhist education center, Medication center,Sangawasaya, Relic chamber etc.Three floors of the building were designed for accommodating foreign visitors and students. The landscaping of the area between the structures reconnects the building to the temple which deepens a sense of public rather than a perception of a private building.
