The three story house located in Nugegoda is truly a beauty. Inheriting the modern architectural concepts, this residence proudly stands as an iconic building in the area. This house was designed as privacy concerned as per the client’s request. The verandah area is opened to a small garden and the tall windows in the living room provides a beautiful view to the garden. Dining area and the kitchen is connected through the indoor courtyard creating an open space. The most iconic feature used in designing this house is the double and triple height spaces which allows air circulation and ample lighting throughout the house. Interior design of the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas were also carried out in modern concept. The terrace area is used as a convertible outdoor lounge for family gatherings.
