The project is an interior renovation project for existing office on the fourth floor of JR Center building for Mahapola higher education scholarship trust fund. Existing Structure was very Old and extreme care was taken to avoid damage to the structure. Therefore the new interior was designed based on the existing office building in order to complement the colours, forms and materials in the complex.
The main underlying idea of the project was to produce separate spaces with different functions which are at the same time parts of a whole structure architecturally.Lobby area, 2 Admin Officer Rooms, Assist Director Room and Director Room with a Board Room. Other areas like works area, Lunch Room and other service areas also managed to allocate. The lights are designed according to the required standards and ambience. The colour scheme used in the interior is monochrome, which is also based on the concept of minimalism which is kept constant throughout the structure.Modern furniture used with minimalist concept.
